As the only creative for this top-rated firm, my job is to help build a proprietary, customer-centric experience and drive traffic with SEO content and social media. Working solo or with consultants (that I hire and manage), my work utilizes a range of digital platforms, including Meta, Joomla, Google Analytics, Typeform and Active Campaign.
April 2023, I launched a new website. The creative challenge was to differentiate the firm and fit an incredible amount of information into a digestible, mobile-responsive format.
This Joomla-based site utilizes GA4 to optimize data. The resulting content strategy includes resources and client stories to reach both consumers and brokers.

To boost organic traffic and conversions, I continuously write and post keyword-rich content, including a blog and resource articles.
Spring of 2024, I launched a YouTube channel for the firm. It features FAQs in video form. I wrote the scripts, shot the footage, and produced the final videos. It’s a great start but there’s so much more to come. Currently, I’m working on traffic-building strategies and, of course, shooting more videos.
Social posts on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Business significantly boost website traffic and new business, while building friendships with real estate brokers. I calendar, write, produce and schedule all posts…then track them on Google Analytics. I’m a one-woman marketing team.
